WHAT TYPE OF FUNDRAISING DOES THE BOOSTER CLUB DO?

The booster club raises funds through memberships, activities, and events. We also raise funds by running concession stands, selling merchandise, advertising, signage in our event programs and our athletic fundraising events. In past years we raised and distributed funds to fulfill several coach's wishlist items. In addition, we also provide funding for all athletic trainers and supplies that support all sports.

WHAT DOES MY MEMBERSHIP PAY FOR?

Your membership pays for all sports activities at PV. Whether its new footballs for the football team or stretch bands for the cheerleaders, we make sure we can meet as many requests from the coaches as possible.

WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP?

Your Sports Booster membership gives you free admission to all non-playoff home games, special entrance at events, voting rights at monthly meetings and acknowledgement in event programs.

HOW CAN I SPECIFY AN ADDITIONAL DONATION TO GO TOWARD A SPECIFIC SPORT?

On the Membership Form there is a section that allows you to specify a specific sport for your additional donation.

WHO CAN JOIN THE SPORTS BOOSTERS CLUB?

Anyone is invited to become a Sports Booster by purchasing a membership. All membership fees go towards supporting all sports at PV.

WHEN DOES THE SPORTS BOOSTERS MEET?

The Sports Boosters meeting is held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00pm. Meetings take place in the PV Library unless otherwise specified.

WHAT IS THE SPORTS BOOSTER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM?

The Sports Booster Scholarship program rewards outstanding graduating high school seniors for their athletic, academic and leadership achievements as student athletes. The Boosters award up to two (2) scholarships for $500 each per year.  The application is available on the pvsportsboosters.com website.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE SPORTS BOOSTERS MERCHANDISE?

The PV Sports Boosters merchandise is available at football games, Back to School Night, Athlete Committed, as well as other Sports Booster fundraising events.

HOW CAN MY BUSINESS SPONSOR A SPORTING EVENT?

PVHS Sports Boosters is delighted to offer you the opportunity to advertise with a Banner Program in the main gymnasium and/or Marquee Sponsorship Program that includes the marquee, located on the front lawn of the high school.  Contact the President of the Sports Boosters or the Banner Chairperson.

HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER?

The Sports Booster Club welcomes everyone to volunteer for our organization. You can attend one of our monthly meetings to find out specific information on fundraising events planned for the school year.
